The 2011 Floral Chart can be found on the bulletin board outside the office.

You will receive a form in the mail which needs to be filled out and returned, with your payment, before the flowers are ordered from Parkway Floral. The cost of each bouquet is $15.50.  Be sure to take your flowers home to enjoy after the final weekend service.
